Stump remover (KNO3) weighed out:  97.5grams		weigh-out-sugar
Sugar is weighed out:  52.5grams		sift-through-strainer
Sugar and KNO3 mixed and sifted

Spread-on-pan-start-to-cook
Spread on electric skillet, turned on to 300 F		Stir-brown-propellant
Cooked until dark, to match the color in police photos		Tube-stand-coffee-filter
Thinwall PVC tube cut 4.6 inches long, casting base

Tube-on-stand
Swatch of coffee filter placed between tube and base
Fill-Tube-melted
Hot propellant is spooned into the tube and packed down
